前台真的可以，按金沒退問好幾遍愣説退了，最後發現退錯人，我要不是看了一下，退不退都不好説。退房查房不仔細，有遺留物品看不見，查房的意義呢？發快遞還衹能到付，真行，不如去隔壁漢庭
